From North Branch Roots to Wyfi Marketing: A Local Story Worth Sharing

If you’re new here — hey, I’m Cory, the owner of Wyfi Marketing. We’re a small, local marketing and web design business based right here in Cambridge, MN. I started Wyfi because I kept seeing great local businesses getting overlooked online, and I knew I could help change that.

Honestly, the idea behind Wyfi wasn’t complicated:
Make small businesses look better online and help them grow — without all the agency BS.

Growing Up in This Area

I’ve lived in this part of Minnesota basically my whole life.
I grew up in the North Branch school district, and my family has always been close by — in White Bear, Forest Lake, Isanti, East Bethel, and all those surrounding towns I still drive through every week.

These towns aren’t just places on a map to me — they’re home.
They’re where I grew up, where I learned to work hard, and where I eventually built a business.

Helping local Minnesota businesses succeed actually means something to me, because these are my people — the small business owners, trades, shops, restaurants, and families that make this area what it is.

How Wyfi Marketing Started

Wyfi Marketing didn’t come from some big agency or corporate background.
It started with:

• A laptop
• A camera
• And the mindset of:
  “Let me help one business today.”

That’s literally how this all began.

One website turned into another.
Someone needed photos.
Someone else needed help with ads.
Then word got around.

“Call Cory — he actually cares.”

And honestly, that’s how Wyfi grew — through real relationships, real referrals, and real results.

Why Being Local Matters So Much

Sure, you can hire a huge marketing agency from Minneapolis or a random company online… but here’s the truth:

Those agencies don’t understand Cambridge. They don’t understand North Branch. They don’t understand Isanti, Princeton, East Bethel, or how small communities here operate.

I do — because I’ve lived it.

I know how word-of-mouth spreads here.
I know what makes a business in this area stand out — and what makes it disappear.
